Cool Fashion offers the following Returns Policy: We accept returns with in 15 days of purchase. Items must be received in our location with in 20 days the must. International customers must contact our customer service department before shipping back. There are certain conditions for returns: item should be return in its original factory packing and tags attached or else 15% restock will be deducted from refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges, so use the method that suite your needs. Shipping is refundable only under certain conditions. (1. Item is delivered damaged. 2. Processing order errors from the shipper.) Any complaints should contact us first to try to solve any problems before reaching paypal. If client decides to report paypal before trying to solve any situation, it will only delay the process. Paypal has a 90 day window to investigate and solve any situation in favor of either part. **Items on sale are final, no returns.
